WRITERS IN SCHOOLS
CEGEP Champlain College in Quebec has been using SEVEN WAVES within several of it's Canadian Literature courses. Authors featured in the anthology visited classes to talk about their work and the writing process. If you are interested in having authors visit your school, please contact Morgaine House and we will be glad to connect you to them.
YOUNG AUTHORS WRITING WORKSHOP
TEN VOICES is the outcome of a Young Author's Workshop held at Valois Park Elementary School in Pointe Claire, Quebec and taught by writer Mary Gurekas of Morgaine House. Children worked on their writing process, developing word power, personal editing skills, plot, and character development. In poetry they explored free-verse and Haiku. TEN VOICES has captured the spirit of a writer and the spirit of the child all in one book. Ideal as a teaching tool for in-class workshops or as a model for extra-curricular programming. Available directly from publisher.

The Ten Voices are:
Christina Alarie, Jennifer Bradley,
Benjamin Cardilli, Julian Cargnello
